Printing Unit
1. Phase adjustment device
- Planetary gear structure.
- The printing phase adopts LCD microcomputer electric digital 360 degree adjustment . (adjustable for operation and stop).
- Manual lateral position, +/-5mm adjustable distance.
- The printing plate roller adopts LCD microcomputer to adjust the phase, which can reset to zero and adjust the plate quickly with high precision.
2. Ink recycling system
- Pneumatic diaphragm pump, stable ink supply, easy operation and maintenance.
- Ink filter screen, filter impurities.
3. Printing phase fix device
- Pneumatic brake mechanism.
- When the units are separated or the in the process of phase adjustment, the brake mechanism restricts the rotation of the machine, maintains the fixed point of the original gear positon
Die cutting unit
1 Die cutter roller (down roller)
- Outer diameter: Φ430mm.
- Material: cast iron. It is surface-grinded and hard chrome-plated.
- It is balance regulated to make it more smoothly and steady when running.
2 Rubber roller (upper roller)
- Outer diameter: Φ434.2mm.
- Material: cast iron. It is surface-grinded and hard chrome-plated.
- It is balance regulated to make it more smoothly and steady when running.
- Rubber is famous brand, Taiwan MaxDura.
- Mechanical lateral 30mm movement device.
3 Phase adjust system
- Planet gears structure.
- Die-cutting phrase is adjusted electrically in 360° . (It can be adjusted when running or stopping.)
- Lateral width is adjusted electrically.
- Installed with universal knife to the down roller, it is convenient for customer to slot the regular shape carton without die-cutter.
