Automatic Corrugated Carton Single facer Machine

Use and characteristics:

• DW series of single face corrugating paperboard group consist of mill roll stand (manual adjustment ,electrical adjustment),single facer, rotary paper slitter ,they are have independent function , three sets machine with auto control electric equipment compose of single facer corrugating paperboard production line .Separate is alone machine ,whole is line, this line use the roll base paper glue with face paper produce the single facer corrugated paperboard .after further processing can made 3ply ,5ply,7ply corrugated paperboard ,so it is the material of commodity’s package-Core part of corrugated paperboard .
• There have four lifting hole ￠100 for hoist the machine, can choose others lifting way according to the clients condition . In course of lifting must be keep the machine balance , wire line can not directly touch with the machine ,pad the board or paperboard to prevent spoiled the machine.

The machine must have distance 1000 depart from others machinery or obstruc tion, convenient to check and repair.

Proofread the level after put down the machine on right place , all direction according to the level of down seat. permit error to 0.5/1000.

Before No loading running after finished installtion must be cleaning the anticorrosive oil ,cleaning the feculency , check all part screw of machine fasten or not, check the gear joggle or not and check all lubricate part .

Motor power must match with control system , running direction must correct,then can no loading running , test working if all are normal.
