The Whole Machine Function :

1. Control system : adopting full computer PLC control system from Germany, can store 999 orders; Wiping plate memory, change orders quickly, the whole machine zero, precise automatic version control .

2. Feed Department : adopting adsorption leading edge feeding system with three axles rolling wheel type , front and back two rows , the upper and lower rubber roller feeding paper with light pressure, stable and accurate.

3. Printing Department : ink transfer system : anilox roller , rubber roller made in Jiangsu “HAILI” " , ink transmission and printing has the excellent effect .

4. Die Cutting Department : "KEB" servo control in Germany, computer with independent drive, thoroughly eliminate the die cutting impact effect to printing group and the printing effect . Rubber gasket roll automatic compensate the vertical speed difference, automatically lateral move, increase the service life of the rubber gasket .

5. Folding department : equipped with adjustable pressing-line wheel, making cartons be folded more smoothly, glue more beautiful and exact.

6. Transmission Gear : adopting high quality 40cr alloy steel with high frequency quenching treatment, high precision teeth grinding processing, make the gear with high precision, high resistance to wear, stable and reliable transmission, has reached to the standards for grade 6.

     Folding Gluing & Bundling Department :

1. Automatic feeding part

 Imported feeding belt low-suction to feed paper, guarantee for high-speed feeding smoothly.

 the unique mechanical design can quickly and easily adjust, side baffle, feeding knives are separated with paper belt, easily replace the paste type size.

      2. Automatic glue

Carton glue width is 20-25 mm, low-glue type.

According to box size , the glue box can move around.

Glue volume can be controlled, glue quantity is stable, large capacity, easy maintenance.

      3. Automatic folding department

Imported high friction belt conveyor, feeding speed match with the host folding speed synchronously, frequency control, can control independently. Replace the products is controlled by hand button adjustment, convenient and fast.

Creasing wheel,creasing knife,side wheel (rub tape), tapping plate, etc. Can preferably control the happening of the scissors mouth.

     4. Automatic stacking & count department

The tapping plate of stacking part can adjust the cartons tail phenomenon .

choose corresponding accumulation number on the screen, set the number of output sheets in one pile, set the number of sheets range can choose: 5, 15, 20, 25 pieces.
