Description:

This line is consist with 3 parts, flexo printer slotter, folder gluer and bundling unit. The feeding system is lead edge feeding with vacuum suction, the machine is adjusted by PLC touch screen control, easy and convenient to operate. Feeding from corrugated paperboard and out is boxes, it has a high working effiency and save the labor. Generally we make 1-4 colors, but we can produce as you want, also you can choose printer with folder gluer togther, not all three parts. It is a good machine for box making factory.

Machine Features:

1. This machine is fully automatic, computer control system, you and set the measure and the machine will adjusted autmatically.

2. The thickness of the steel wall is 50mm, the gears are made from high frequency quenching and polishing-gear, thickness can be 60 or 80mm.

3. All thr rollers are hard chrome plated in order to increase the hardness.

4. The gears adopt shower type circular lubricating.

5. Automatically changes return zero and correct the plate postition.

6. The side baffle plate of the feeding unit and slotting unit are adjusted by PLC electrically.

7. It has the function of memory, change order quickly, saving time.
