1 , Machine main introduction and features . 

(1) This machine wallboard thickness is 50 mm  ,  used cast iron material  . make the apperance is elegant . 

  (2) Gears thickness is 50 mm  , used the material 40 Cr Mnti steel forge pieces , treated with tempering and grinding , hardness  can reach to 45- 48HRC after high - frequency quenching  . 

  (3) whole machine is equipped with vacuum adsorption assistance  , lead edge feeding system which is capable to accomplish the whole process of cardboard printng , slotting and die cutting , folding and gluing  , bundling and so on  . 

 (4) The computer control unit is adjusted by multi-group communication computer, and the host computer adopts large screen PLC unified control system, which can independently control the paper feeding department, printing department, slotting part, die cutting unit and printing plate roll with hanging plate zeroing device, and equipped with foot switch.

(5) .Double creasing wheel and pre-creasing slotting unit,electric adjustment slotting depth and 360°phase.Slotting knife plate,creasing wheel and pre-creasing wheel left and right movement is screw shaft electric inching movement adjust and equipped with a scale reading device.The slotted phase adjustment mechanism is a planetary gear structure.

(6) Anilox,rubber roller and electrical parts place of production: 

The main electrical equipment of the whole machine adopts domestic famous brand Delta, Zhengtai electric appliance, and the main drive motor adopts Hebei Hengshui motor unit to start the alarm bell for the motor, which starts the artificial alarm to ensure the safety of the operator
