1. This machine wallboard thickness 40mm,gear thickness 50mm,adopt 40CrMnTi steel forging piece,treated with tempering and grinding,hardness can reach to 45-48HRC after high-frequency quenching.Whole machine is equipped with vacuum adsorption assistance,lead edge feeding system which is capable to accomplish the whole process of cardboard printing,slotting and die cutting,etc.The computer control unit is adjusted by multi-group communication computer, and the host computer adopts large screen PLC unified control system, which can independently control the paper feeding department, printing department, slotting part, die cutting unit and printing plate roll with hanging plate zeroing device, and equipped with foot switch.

2. Double creasing wheel and pre-creasing slotting unit,electric adjustment slotting depth and 360°phase.Slotting knife plate,creasing wheel and pre-creasing wheel left and right movement is screw shaft electric inching movement adjust and equipped with a scale reading device.The slotted phase adjustment mechanism is a planetary gear structure. The minimum 200mm of the paper base of the driving shaft of the whole machine can achieve the minimum 210mm cardboard pass.
