Product description:

This machine is to make corrugated paper, it is electric-oil exchange type single facer. Most of customer choose steam heating type, but our company also produce oil type and electric type single facer machine.

Machine features:

1. corrugated roller and pressing roller adopt pneumatic pressure, buffer and shock absorbing, long using life.

2. The pneumatic control to glue back glue, glue spreader with ￠215 mm diameter surface after polishing line after pit type checker processing hard chromium plating processing, scraping the rubber roller surface after grinding hard chromium plating processing.

3. It adopts 4 groups of heating pipe to heat the oil, quick heating, no need for heating boiler, automatic control of the temperature and or two groups to control.

4. the oil strong closed-loop circulating, low pressure of the system, no leakage, cyclic using of the heat, less lose of the heating energy.

5. The heating roller installed with stir ring, high efficiency of heating, the roller heating evenly, good forming of the flute.
