Machine features:

1. Adopt hood suction structure,matched high pressure powerful fan. Gas supply and electrical control cabinet to focus on the same operation, the operating side full cover closed.

2. High quality resin sand casting,wall thickness 150mm. Adopt independent gear box, Universal joint transmission structure.

3. Vacuum suction type pulling cardboard with wind control device.

4. Glue roller and fixed roller are designed to groups guide way slippage load-unload, convenient and swift.

5. Used Gimbal drive with independent gear box, transmission more stable, close style gear transmission oiliness lubricated, prolong the use life of gear.

6. The upper corrugating roller, pressure roller and glue roller adopt pneumatic control.

7. The bearing of flute roller and pressure roller adopt high temperature resistant lubrication grease.

8. Manual adjust the gluing quantity or electric adjustment.

9. The upper-lower corrugating roller are made of 48CrMo high quality alloy steel, after heat-treatment.

10. The rigidity is HRC58-60°,the surface are whetted and plating chrome.
