SPXH - 2000 type high speed semi-automatic carton glue machine can be used to A-A , A-B model two pieces forming or single piece forming carton box gluing . This machine can replace the manual box gluing , reduce labor intensity . Compared with the traditional box glue machine, s, can not only save labor, and can greatly improve the quality of products, reduce labor costs because of different working way.

The machine adopts the double frequency to adjust the speed , PLC central control, and matches with the high speed clutch, accurate operation control. The feeding system is equipped with powerful suction feeding, can transport the single and double pieces of paper. When the machine do two pieces of paper forming carton , the two pieces of paper can be glued in the dynamic molding (hot melt adhesive middle), three sides positioning and improving the accuracy . When the two pieces of paper joint together, the worker fold to form, at the same time the worker can manually correct the cross problem which carton was creased and cross with corrugated line, then enter into the pressing belt in the bottom of the machine and final forming . This machine only need two operation workers . The paper processing range of this machine : A - E corrugated corrugated paperboard .
