1 Machine main introduction 

1. The printing roller Φ 258.6mm contains plate Φ 273mm with high quality, thick wall seamless steel pipe, grinding and hard chromium plating on the surface.

2. The anilox roller adopts Dalian Junfeng anilox roller, 175.5mm high-quality steel,220 LPI,250LPI,250LPI.

3.Rubber roller uses Baoding rubber shaft Φ 160mm high-quality wear-resistant, oil-resistant, acid-alkali rubber, design high grinding, good ink transfer effect.

4. The pressure adjustment of printing plate roller adopts high-speed printing press drive adopts high-precision bearing cross slide block non-clearance adjustment to carry out fine adjustment so that the printing pressure can reach the best printing state and the gear clearance can be closely coordinated with the transmission.

5. 360 °communication computer electric phase, computer phase instrument adjustment color error accuracy.Mechanical structure adopt planetary gear structure,able to be adjusted arbitrarily by 360 °electric button under the condition of non-stop.Can be operated either by turning or shutting down

6.Diaphragm pump ink feeding system, pneumatic plate lifting and equipped with automatic ink leveling system, the use of stainless steel ink hopper can effectively avoid the intermittent stop of ink dry adhesion rust, to avoid rust incoming ink roller to affect the printing effect of unfavorable factors, 1.2inch PVC tube is used in the ink return tube, smooth wall of the pipe prevents ink sticking and blocking, and the residual ink can be discharged back to the ink barrel in time to avoid the ink leakage phenomenon.
