1.Italy Battur Burner
The brand of the burner Is Italy Battur. we also use Rellio. There are gas burner, oil burner, and oil and gas duel fuel burner. The fuel could be diesel, furnace oil.
2.Sufficient Storage
Adopts the structure of horizontal tri backhauling , sufficient steam storage and heating surface make the boiler to generate bigger thermal power and high quality steam .
3.Smoke Chamber
Monolithic smoke chambers are used at the front and end , the smoke chamber door is split structure ,it is convenient for maintain , detect and clean .
4.Thread Smoke Tube
Advanced manufacturing process , adopt assembly line automatic work,strengthen heat transfer to improve boiler heat efficiency .
5.Fully Automatic Control
Fully automatic operation combustion, water level temperature and pressure are adjusted automaticlly and self protection .
6.Corrugated Furnace
This series boiler adopts whole corrugated furnace . Reinforce the disturbance of flue gas as well as improving the heat transfer efficiency of unit area and unit volume . increase the strength and elasticity of furnace prevent the pressure parts from being damaged because of the increase of stress efficiently during the the thermal expansion procedure.
