AAC Steam Autoclave is also called still kettle,a large,heavy pressure container which is widely used in autoclaved aerated concrete block, concrete pipe pile, lime-sand brick, fly ash brick, microporous calcium silicate board, insulation asbestos board, high-strength gypsum building materials.
Generally after the process of steam curing (in fact it is Cao-Si02- H2O water thermal chemical reactions that take place inside the autoclave) products get the ultimate strength,it is the desired effect of increased service life.It also suitable for rubber and wood drying and anti-corrosion,etc.
Design Features for Steam Curing AAC Autoclave
1.Autoclave is steel-made horizontal tube-type device. The lid is made by pressing the whole steel plate Q345R (16MnR). The lid flange and body flange are made by forging the whole steel plate (model Q345R (16MnR)). The welding of pressure parts is heat-treated and go through strict non-destructive testing as the relevant standards required.
2.By hand speed reducer for opening and closing, the door of autoclave is mobile shutter structure.Also can adopt electric, pneumatic, hydraulic hoist according to the user's requirement.Equipped with perfect safe interlock protection device to avoid the wrong operation maximumly, ensure the safe operation and safe production of workers.
3.There are two opening ways which is top door and side door.The way of side open adopts the open structure of rotating arm type. Rotating flexibly, low operation, simple and convenient.The way of top door uses the lever, the lower lever and kettle door connect together, the upper is equipped with counterweight device, it is portable, small footprint for kettle side.
4.The sealing of the door uses imported rubber seals from professional manufacturers. Simple installation, good seal and long service life. The supports could be three kinds as different parts required: fixed support, mobile support and end dedicated support.
5.The autoclave has necessary valves and meters such as safety valve, pressure gauge, temperature measurement devices, intake valve, exhaust valve, sealing ball valve and hydrophobic valve. It also has decontamination tank for users to choose.

Usage:
Autoclave is also pressure vessel .It use for autoclaved cure aerated concrete block,concrete pipe pile, bricks,coal dust brick, micro pore calcium silicate board, new style wall material ,insulation asbestos, high strength gypsum and so on building material.
There will be a hydro-thermal reaction like Cao—Si02—H2O, Meanwhile it widely use in rubber, wood drying , wood preservative, heavy metal smelting, glass autoclaved, high temperature high pressure of food, pulp cooking, cable vulcanization and so on.

1. can be shipped as bulk cargo, directly loaded on the ship.
