Autoclave is the key equipment in the production of aerated concrete and autoclave brick.
The autoclave is applicable for curing the cut body under high temperature and high pressure, and it is also applicable for curing the autoclaved brick under high temperature and high pressure.Autoclave is a large pressurized vessel.
Autoclave for AAC plant is large pressure vessel for steam curing, has excellent thermal insulating quality, and it supporting the use of steam boilers. The autoclave is a horizontal cylinder device, when curing the aerated concrete, there is hydrothermal reaction (CaO-SiO2-H2O) happened in autoclave.
