SZS series steam boiler is a typical D-type double-pot tube vertical water-tube boiler. According to the boiler capacity, there are two kinds of quick-fix type and assembled type. The quick-fix type is below the rated evaporation capacity of 20t/h, and the assembled type is above 50t/h.
This steam boiler is composed of upper and lower boiler tube, (superheater), furnace chamber, water cooling wall, convection tube bundle and waste heat device. The combustion is arranged on the front wall, and the flue gas is discharged into the chimney through convection tube bundle and waste heat device after combustion.The water cooling wall of the boiler is arranged in dense row or membrane type, the flue gas partition wall is arranged in membrane type and finned tube type, the inner guard plate is fully closed welded structure, and the boiler is equipped with explosion-proof door and other safety devices.
