ASTM E84 Test Machine Technical parameters :
1. The combustion box is made of stainless steel, with refractory bricks laid inside; Good thermal insulation performance. The internal dimension of combustion box is 305mm x 451mm, and the length is 7.6m;
2. The internal fixtures are made of SUS304 stainless steel, which is rust and corrosion resistant;
3. The combustion box cover is designed as a whole, and the water tank seal design is adopted according to the standard. It is equipped with a 2mm thick 304 stainless steel water seal tank to ensure no smoke leakage during the test.
4. SUS304 stainless steel thermal insulation body upper cover, filled with high-temperature insulation materials
5. A ladder type sample installation platform is provided to facilitate the installation and removal of samples and the maintenance of furnace channel;
6. Independent multi-function exhaust pressure detector: real-time monitoring of exhaust pressure changes during testing. The detection range is 0 ~ 250Pa, the accuracy is ± 0.5Pa, and the system indicating pressure test accuracy is ± 2Pa;
7. Fan: 380V, 50Hz, 3Kw equipped with frequency converter can change the wind speed. The maximum flow shall be at least 8000m3/h, which can timely discharge the flue gas generated under the severe combustion of the sample out of the room to ensure the safety of the test;
8. Double ended copper gas burner: the burner is 1320mm away from the air inlet, which can output standard 5.3MJ/min heat. According to different standards, the gas flow can be controlled by the mass flowmeter. The measurement range is 0 ~ 160L/min, which can change the heat value output of the burner, and the maximum output energy can reach 100MJ/min;
9. Automatic ignition system: ensure the safety performance of the test, high voltage igniter, 12KV, 50mA, and the minimum high voltage of the ignition electrode is 1.8kVp.
