CNS 15118-2 PV Module Safety Qualification Testing Equipment
It meets the requirements of ignition test standard of solar photovoltaic module in CNS 15118-2:2018 and ISO 11925-2:2010. It is mainly used to evaluate the flame resistance of solar photovoltaic module materials.

1. Test chamber material: made of stainless steel, the front and side of the test chamber are installed with heat insulation glass doors, and the bottom of the appearance is provided with 40mm high support feet;
2. There is a 50 mm high metal grid structure at the bottom of the test chamber, the grid size is 25 mm × 25 mm, the metal thickness is 1.5 mm, and there must be a 455 mm × 210 mm horizontal plate at the metal grid;
3. Gas burner: with adjusting valve to adjust and control the flame height. The burner can move, move towards and away from the sample, and can be used vertically and tilted to 45 ° with the vertical axis;
4. There is a support frame in the test cabinet to install the sample fixture;
5. The air velocity in the vertical direction 5 cm away from the sample surface shall not exceed 0.2 M / s, and the air velocity in the horizontal direction shall not exceed 0.1 M / s;
6. Damper: manual / automatic, dual-purpose;
