Non Combustibility Testing Machine Scope of application:

It is mainly applicable to the test method for judging the burning performance of building materials under specified conditions. It is applicable to testing the flammability classification of Class A fireproof materials in GB8624 flammability classification of building materials.

Non Combustibility Testing Machine Standards:

It is developed in accordance with the technical indicators and requirements specified in the national standard  IS01182:2002 Reaction test of building materials to fire - Non flammability test.

Non Combustibility Testing Machine  Performance index:

1. Temperature measurement accuracy: ± 1 ℃;
2. Temperature control accuracy: ± 3 ℃;
3. Initial equilibrium temperature in the furnace: (750 ± 5) ℃, temperature drift within 10 minutes ≤ 2 ℃;
4. Temperature stabilization time in furnace: stabilization time from room temperature to 750 ℃ ≤ 1 hour;
5. Heating furnace tube size: inner diameter (75 ± 1) mm, height (150 ± 1) mm;
6. The sample is cylindrical: diameter 45mm, height (50 ± 3) mm;
7. Floor area: 1 square meter;
8. Temperature probe: nickel chromium nickel silicon armored thermocouple with outer diameter of 1.5mm and wire diameter of 0.3mm;
9. Power regulation: 0~1200 V adjustable;
10. Condition adjustment: Before the test, the sample must be adjusted for (20~24) h in a ventilated drying oven with a temperature of (60 ± 5) ℃, and then placed in a drying dish to cool to room temperature. Before the test, the mass of each group of samples shall be weighed to the nearest 0.01g.
11. Probe test points: test chamber, test piece center, test piece surface, furnace wall.

Non Combustibility Testing Machine Equipment structure:

- This machine is composed of heating furnace, control box, computer and air current stabilizer.
- The combustion box and control box are made of high quality SUS304 stainless steel, with beautiful appearance. The internal parts are made of SUS304 stainless steel, with good rust resistance.
