DX8418 Steel Structure Fire Retardant Coating Small-Scale Test Furnace。Tests For Various Types Of Fireproof Coatings For Steel Structures Used In Buildings
DX8418 Steel Structure Fire Retardant Coating Small-Scale Test Furnace
I. Core Application
- Used for testing the fire resistance performance of fire retardant coatings applied on I16/I40b I-beam specimens in accordance with national standards.
- Simulates the building fire temperature rise curve to determine the fire resistance limit (thermal insulation protection duration) of coatings.
- Suitable for coating R&D, quality inspection, project acceptance and other scenarios.
II. Compliant Standards
- GB/T 9978-2008 Fire-resistance tests—Elements of building construction
- GB/T 14907-2002 Fire retardant coatings for steel structures
III. Key Parameters
- Maximum temperature: 1150℃ (4-hour programmed temperature rise)
- Furnace inner dimension: Approx. 1.5m × 0.8m × 1.2m
- Fuel: Natural gas / LPG
- Power supply: AC 220V/50Hz
- Control system: Fully automatic computer control, with temperature control, data recording and report printing functions
- Back temperature alarm: 180~220℃ (critical temperature of steel members)
IV. Working Principle
1. Place the standard I-beam coated with fire retardant coating into the furnace.
2. Automatically ignite and heat according to the national standard time-temperature curve.
3. Monitor the furnace temperature and the back temperature of the I-beam in real time.
4. Judge the duration of the fire resistance limit when the back temperature reaches the critical value.
V. Main Features
- Precise temperature control: Strictly complies with the standard fire temperature rise curve.
- Automatic operation: Equipped with data recording, alarm and report output functions.
- High-efficiency small-scale test: More material-saving, time-saving and low-cost compared with large-scale component furnaces.
