UL94 HB Silicone Rubber Testing Equipment Vertical Flame Test
It is suitable for testing the noncombustibility of plastics or films under the direct combustion of specified fire source to judge the fireproof grade of plastics.

The flame retardant grades of plastics increase gradually from HB, V-2, V-1 to V-0:
1. UL94V0, V1, and V2 are different flame retardant grades, their grades are different, the flame resistance test methods are also different, and the standards for test judgment are also different.
2. The test method of V0 is to tilt the test object at 45 degrees, ignite it with an alcohol lamp, remove the fire source, and extinguish it within 10 seconds.
3. The test method of V1 and V2 is the same as that of V0. The difference is that after the open source is moved, the extinguishing time is longer than that of V0.
4. That is, V0 has the best flame retardancy, V1 is the second, V3 is the third, and V4 is the same as the non-flame retardant.
