EN 1187 Roof Covering Fire Reaction Test Apparatus
The ENV-1187 Roof Covering Fire Reaction Test Apparatus is a professional fire testing system designed to evaluate the fire reaction performance of roof covering materials under combined wind and heat radiation conditions. It fully complies with GB/T 30735-2014 and supports three test methods: Method A corresponding to EN 1187-t1, and Method B and Method C corresponding to ISO 12468-1.

- SUS304 Stainless Steel Wind Duct: Wind duct constructed of 2mm SUS304 stainless steel plate with inverter-controlled fan for stable wind supply.
- High Power Fan System: 5.5kW fan with maximum airflow of 250 m³/min and 3-phase 380V inverter drive; wind speed adjustable to meet ISO 12468-1 Method B and C requirements.
- 600x600mm Specimen Capacity: Standard test frame accommodates 600mm x 600mm roof covering specimens.
- Complete Ignition System: Equipped with gas burners and automatic ignition device plus digital display instrumentation for precise test control.
