Building Material Fire Performance Testing Equipment for ISO5657-1986 Combustion Test

Scope of application:

Mainly applicable to building materials with a thickness of no more than 70mm and a substantially flat surface.

Standard:

Conforms to GB/T14523-93 "Test methods for ignition performance of building materials" and ISO5657-1986 "Combustion test - Reaction to fire - Ignition of building products" test standards.

Main parameters:

1. Composition: radiation cone, pilot device, nozzle, platen mechanism and support frame, temperature recorder, gas system, timer, oven 0-250. radiation meter (optional). (optional computer type)

2. Support frame: composed of a base frame, guard plates and pillars

3. Pressure plate mechanism: there are pressure plate, guide rod, adjustment rod and balance bar and other components.

4. Radiation cone: heating power 3kw, radiation intensity: 1~5w/cm2

5. Priming mechanism: consists of a pilot arm, secondary ignition source and cam.
