Scope of application:

It is mainly used to test the shell sealing performance of products. It is mainly used for the IP5X and IP6X two levels of tests specified in the enclosure protection grade standards. Applicable to all kinds of automotive parts to do dust and dust test, test parts include lights, meters, electrical dust cover, steering system, door locks and so on.

Compliance with the standard: in line with GB/T2423.37-2006 test L: sand dust test method, GB4208-2008 enclosure protection grade (IP code), GB/T4942.2-1993 low-voltage electrical enclosure rating, GB7000.1-2007, GB12085 .6-1989 Lamp housing protection level test standard requirements.

Installation site:

The ground is level and well ventilated. There is no strong vibration around the equipment. There is no strong electromagnetic field around the equipment. There are no flammable, explosive, corrosive substances and dust around the equipment. Appropriate use and maintenance space is left around the equipment as follows:

A: not less than 60cm B: not less than 60cm C: not less than 120cm (Note: (The device can not be inclined more than 15°C))
