IEC227-2 and IEC245-2 Two-three Wheel Flexible Testing Machine for Wire Winding

Application:

Two-three-wheel flexure is suitable for measuring the mechanical strength of the rated voltage of 450/750V or less, two or more cores of PVC insulated cable or rubber insulation and extra-flexible wires, and its performance structure shall meet GB/T 5013.2-2008, GB/T 5013.8-2008 and GB/T5023.2-2008 IEC227-2, IEC245-2, UL1581, IEC60227, IEC60245-2 standards. The instrument should have the features of novel design, reliable performance structure, convenient operation, dual use of one machine, and high accuracy of test data. Flexible cables for rubber and plastic insulation and sheathing are tested under dynamic load conditions and the following faults are detected during the test and shut down:

Short circuit between 2 conductors

3 Short circuit between cable specimen and pulley

Features: It has the function of disconnection indication, short-circuit indication between phases, short-circuit indication of the core and the shell.
