Remark:

During the test, an appropriate amount of molten metal is sputtered onto the sample placed at an angle. Attach a PVC film to the back of the sample to make contact with it. The damage was evaluated by recording the changes in the PVC film after the sputtering process. According to the test results, repeat the test using a larger or smaller amount of metal until the PVC film is minimally damaged.

The furnace with induction coil and high frequency generator melts the metal. High-performance fiber optic dual-color pyrometers are used for temperature control and measurement of sputtering temperature. The temperature controller adjusts the temperature between 700°C and 1800°C. Stepper motor controls tilt speed and tilt angle. The cooling device uses the water flow connecting the inlet and outlet of the equipment for cooling.
