Application:
When a certain amount of gas is supplied to the box and the standard ignition source is used to ignite the flame, this instrument can be used to test the ability of the vertical flame propagation to be restrained under the standard conditions of the vertically installed bundles of wire, cable or optical fiber cable.

Furnace:
-Φ95mm×Φ75mm×Φ150mm,80/20 nickel/chromium electrical resistance tape 3mm wide and 0.2mm thick.
Thermocouple
-insulated nickel-chromium - nickel - aluminum armored Φ1.5 mm
-We can provide two free thermocouples, you can also purchase extra spare parts if you need them later.
Mirror
- equipped with mirror to see the interal of the furnace
- a mirror 300mm square, at an angle of 30° to the horizontal

Equipment structure:
-The machine is composed of heating furnace, control box, computer and air current stabilizer.
-Combustion chamber size: L700*W400*H850 (mm).
-The combustion box and control box are made of high quality SUS304 stainless steel.The internal parts are made of SUS304 stainless steel and are well rustproof.
-The equipment adopts industrial computer and 16-bit high-precision AD acquisition card, and the data collection is completely processed by computer.

Instrument:
All instruments are installed in a 19’’ housing, including temperature controllers, over-temperature alarms and power controllers. The power controller can keep the temperature under the influence of voltage fluctuations and display the power (watts) of the power supply.
