IEC60587 ASTMD2303 Electrical Tracking Mechanism

Technical Description:

The mechanism of electrical impingement on the epoxy resin insulating material using a high voltage of 3.5 kV AC with a frequency of 50 Hz causes the surface of the epoxy resin insulating material to burn.

Five groups of samples are powered on for six hours. When the sample is burned out, the equipment will give an alarm, and the results can be printed after the test.

1. DC voltage: display the voltage of DC test, which can be realized by adjusting voltage regulator；
2. AC voltage: display the voltage of AC test, which can be realized by adjusting voltage regulator；
3. DC current (1 ~ 5): there are five groups of DC current display, display the current value of five groups of DC test, the set value is 60mA；
4. AC current (1 ~ 5): there are five groups of AC current display, display the current value of five groups of AC test, the set value is 60mA；
5. Reset: 1. When the tester alarms, press this button to stop the alarm; 2. Press this button to stop the test, and all the current values in the main test screen are cleared；
6. Power supply: it can control the on-off of power supply and has the function of leakage protection；
7. Resistance gear: select the gear of series resistance value；

8. Preferred test voltages are 2.5KV, 3.5KV and 4.5KV；
