How to get a sample from you?
A.: All samples will be free if unit cost under 10USD, but the freight should be on your side.
If sample sent by your express account like DHL, UPS etc, we will send sample to you directly (freight collect)
If sample sent by our express account like DHL,UPS etc, you should pay freight in advance (freight prepaid)
Any sample cost could be returned to you as part payment for next large order
How about the delivery date?
A.: Within 15 days after deposit received. Urgent order or small order will be handled case by case.
What are your Payment terms?
A. General speaking: TT 50% deposit, the balance is paid upon the copy of B/L.
