SHDN Large Diameter Stringing Block Overhead Line Transmission Stringing Tools
This 508mm Large Diameter Stringing Block comes with the maximum suitable conductor LGJ400. In other words, our product is adaptable to the conducting wire which has the aluminum's nominal cross section of up to 400 square millimeters. The block dimension (outside diameter*root diameter*sheave width) is Φ508×Φ408×75 (mm).
Remarks:
508MM stringing blocks are used for stringing medium size conductor (26-31 mm) in overhead transmission line construction.
The sheaves of stringing block are made of aluminum alloy lined with neoprene or high strength MC nylon. All the sheaves are mounted on ball bearings. The frame of block is made of galvanized steel.
Notes:
a. It is normally used for conductor from 25-31 mm.
b. The sheave size: (outer dia. X inner dia. X width: Φ508 x Φ408 x 75 mm.
c. All kinds of pulley blocks can be manufactured according to the customers's requirements.
