Medical Synthetic Blood Penetration Tester YY / T0691-2008 AC220V 50Hz
The mask synthetic blood penetration tester is designed for measuring the spatter penetration performance of medical mask synthetic blood. This instrument is suitable for use by medical inspection departments, safety inspection departments, and scientific research units.
The medical mask sample is supported on the test device, and 2 mL of synthetic blood is sprayed from a cannula with an inner diameter of 0.84 mm in a horizontal direction toward the mask at a distance of 300 mm. This simulates scenarios where masks are exposed to blood spray from perforated blood vessels, allowing observation of synthetic blood penetration on the opposite side of the mask.
Medical mask samples are tested at liquid ejection speeds of 450 cm/s, 550 cm/s, and 635 cm/s, with test results recorded for each injection speed.
