Treatment

     The following processes are the treatment  to ensure product quality.

Pressure treatment:

   The spring to do more than three times of pressure treatment, eliminating the internal stress before use, no spring deformation, shorten the breakage and other phenomena.

Strengthened treatment:

   Spring surface strengthened shot peening treatment, improve the strength of stress concentration point, prolong the fatigue life of the spring.

Surface treatment:

     Adopt advanced color electrophoretic paint process, conform to European SOS standard, make the product paint surface even, adhesion is stronger.
