Description of the mold sprue bushings
The sprue bush is a part that allows plastic material to be injected from the nozzle into the interior of the mold. It is fixed to the mold with 2 bolts to prevent it from falling off due to the injection pressure. In order to prevent leakage of plastic material, the feed port is generally designed in an arc shape.

Materials of the mold sprue bushings
1. SKD61 hot work die steel can produce high-end and very durable sprue bushing, the hardness can reach 48~52HRC. The sprue bush made with SKD61 has the characteristics of high temperature resistance and durability, and the quality of the molded product is excellent.
2. SUJ2 bearing steel is a commonly used manufacturing material for the middle end sprue bushing. The heat treatment hardness is about ±HRC52.
3. S45C, the material used in the low-end mold, after the high temperature, spray anti-rust oil and other anti-rust treatment to prevent rust.
