Description of ejector blades
Ejector blade is mainly used to eject the ribs of plastic products and eject long products. When the ejector pins cannot be put down, we choose to use it also.
Standard Size
According to HASCO standard, we have the following standard sizes of thimbles in stock, generally can be shipped within 3 working days, if customized thimbles, delivery time is generally 15-20 days.

Materials
High speed steel SKH51, SKD61, SKD11 and 65Mn were usually used to make the ejector pins. The toughness of SKH51 is better than SKD61, but SKD61 can withstand high temperature 1600℃, and if it was after surface nitriding treatment, the wear resistance can be improved very well. Because of its poor quality and brittleness, the application of 65Mn is becoming less and less in ejector pins industry recently.
Packing and Shipping
The ejector pins are packaged with plastic bags with rust preventing oil, customized package is welcome.
About the shipping, all the well-known express companies and ocean shipping can be selected, but in remote areas, we can only use EMS.
