Technical Data

• As per features of soft LDPE tube, the downstream equipment of this RO tube Extrusion line  adopted upgraded servo haul-off, servo cutting, servo traverse unit on coiler, ensures the constant speed, even stress and pipe tolerance well controlled during high speed production.

• Adopted imported PLC system to realize many intelligent operations, such as multi-machine linkage, separate machine control, fault diagnosis, remote control etc. At same time, advanced on line monitoring and control technologies, such as servo tracking technology, static digital filter technology, etc., are used to ensure plasticizing quality and produced pipe accuracy under high speed extrusion.

• It can be upgraded by machine configuration renovation to produce three layers or five layer EVOH/LDPE beverage filling tube or other higher requirement pipe.
