TECHINICAL DATA OF DRIP PIPE MACHINE

This line is special designed for DUAL FUNCTION, which can produce 16-32mm HDPE pipe and 12-20mm drip irrigation pipes with one same line.

If you already have one HDPE pipe machine, it can be upgraded to produce drip irrigation pipe also, by adding few machinery part for drip pipe making.

DRIP IRRIGATION PIPE MACHINE DETAIL INTRODUCTION -- DUAL FUNCTION

1. Main Extruder & Small Strip Extruder

• Main Extruder with control panel; ABB inverter, Schneider electric elements, and Omron gauges
• Strip extruder for HDPE pipe strips making;

2. Cross Die Head for HDPE and Drip Pipe

• special design die head to make drip pipes and 16-32mm HDPE pipe together; No need add spearate die head for HDPE pipe making, reducing investing cost

3. Vacuum tank & Cooling tank

• made by high quality SS304; size big for 16-63mm pipe cooling
• high quality vacuum pump & water pump
• special design calibrator for drip pipe making

4. Perforating Machine

• mechanical hole punching, by air driller
• auto tracking dripper positon
• standard 2 holes punching; 4 holes avaiable as required

5. Haul-off Machine

• special structre trator, which is suitable for drip pipe and 16-32mmHDPE hard pipe also

6. Winding Machine

• Driven by torque motor; easy to operate
• Laser printing coil size inforamtion, for operation convenience
