16mm-32mm Oxygen Barrier Pipe Extrusion Machine 

This three layers EVOH-PERT Pipe Production Line is used to produce EVOH-GLUE-PERT Pipe, the evoh layer is outer, EVOH layer can effectively prevent oxygen from entering piping system, protecting pipe parts in system for rapid corrosion, suppressing bacterium and algae virology growth in the pipe and ensuring water quaty freshly and cleanly. This production line was combined by three extruders, composite Die Head Moulds, Vacuum Calibration tank, cooling tank, haul-off machine, coiler machine,etc.

• The self developed co-extrusion die head which has been verified and improved for long period of time has many advantages such as easy operating, even layer thickness and high accurancy of pipe size.
