Multi-layer PE Irrigation Pipe Production Line

This line is designed to produce three layer HDPE irrigation pipe from 20-110mm with recycled material in the middle, to reduce that production cost. Inner & outer thickness is 15% each, and middle 70%. Die head can also designed as per your requirements.

Technical Data:

1) Exturder

High efficient wear-resisting extruder for middle layer, which ensures high speed extrusion and guarantee the longer service life while using recycled material.

2) OPTIONAL: Gravimetric material feeding system

It is to control material feeding according to pipe parameter & line production speed, to get high qualified pipe with constant weight per meter. It’s also have other benefits, such as shortening start-up time, saving raw material, simplifying operation.

3) Die Head

Adjustable co-extrusion die head can ensure even thickness of three layers. Each layer thickness can be adjusted freely; no need to adjust the extruder’s rotating speed.

Minimum inner and outer layer thickness can be 0.1mm by simple adjust of die head. Produced pipe can have nice inner and outer surface, and recycled material can not had bad influence to water. Production cost is flexible controlled.

4) Vacuum & Cooling Tank

High quality stainless steel with special surface treatment, no problem of rust and cracking paint.

5) Tractor:

Belt hauling machine, to pull the small diameter pipe at 30-50m/min, and also big diameter pipe with one simple machine.

6) Cutting Machine

high speed cutting +dustless cutting; high speed cutting for small diameter below 40mm, and dustless cutting for big diameter pipes.

7) Winding Machine

  servo motor driven type traversing device; SIEMENS PLC Control System;

 20-63mm double working

Production speed for pipe 20mm is 30m/min. With one same line, you can produce those small diameter with high speed; and biggest diameter up to 110mm.
