● EVOH raw material‘s viscosity is very high.If you wish to extrude EVOH, it needs special designed co-extrusion die head mould. KAIDE develops a patented technology to make it possible, which also makes the composite pipe bone firmly with precise size.

● The specially designed EVOH extruder is suitable for extruding oxygen barrier resin with high melt pressure, ensuring the stability of the resin's extrusion

● High Precision PLC entire line control system can ensure the responsiveness, reliability and stability of the line.

● The special control system and extruders that are developed based on the multi-layer co-extrusion characteristics optimally guarantee the stable running of the whole production line.

● It can be upgrade by machine configuration renovation, to produce single layer pipe, and also three-layer or five-layer EVOH oxygen barrier composite pipe with one same line.
