Features of Pipe Production Line:
1)It adopts crack connecting rod mechanism for double pipe extrusion with low noise and without vibration. No lubrication is required during operation.
2) It adopts imported and famous reducer and motor for feeding system, with frequency regulator, ensuring stable operation and precision of feeding.
3) Specially designed pressing unit ensures the high reliability and durability of operation. The suitable pressing stress is the guarantee of stable production of PE-Xa pipes.
4) It adopts imported length measuring unit and equipped with sound and light alarm, for precision measuring and easy operation;
5) The independent haul-off machine adopts the imported frequency regulator for stable and precision pulling speed.
EVOH oxygen barrier layer can be offered also, with co-extrusion technology.
EXa/EVOH composite pipe is produced by two separate steps. first is singly layer PEXa pipe, produced by raw extruder; second is that outer EVOH oxygen barrier layer coating and adhesive layer, produced by co-extrusion die head with two extruders.
