Hexagonal weave gabion basket
1/ Brief introduction of gabion box
The gabion box is also named heavy hexagonal net, twisted net, gabion net, triple twisted gabion net, double twisted gabion mesh, which is a cage made of metal hexagonal net, whose wire diameter is matched with the size of the hexagonal net. If it is zinc coated hexagonal, then wire diameter is 2.0mm to 4.0mm, if it is PVC coated hexagonal wire, then PVC wire diameter is 3.0mm to 4.5mm. The selvedge wire is thicker than the mesh wire.

5/ Our Types of Gabion
Galvanized gabion baskets
The galvanized gabion baskets is made of high-quality low-carbon steel wire , with tensile strength of steel wire more than 380N/mm2, wire diameter up to 2.0mm~4.0mm.
The surface is protected by hot dipped galvanized zinc layer. The galvanization amount can be customized, our heavy galvanized zinc amount can reach 240-300g/m2.
PVC Coated Gabion baskets
The plastic pvc coated gabion basket is coated with a PVC protective layer on the surface of the galvanized iron wire. This layer of PVC protective layer will greatly increase the service life of the net. With different PVC colors, it can naturally compatible with the surrounding environment.
Gabion Roll
The gabion roll is made of high-quality low-carbon steel wire,which is weaved by heavy hexagonal wire machine with steel wire electric galvanized or hot-dip galvanized or PE/PVC coated. The zinc amount of hot-dip galvanizing is between 240g/㎡-300g/㎡,The zinc amount of Galfan(zinc-aluminum alloy)is between 240g/㎡-500g/㎡
