1.Corrugated cardboard production line brief introduction

This line is semi auto control , suitable for newer who want to open fatocy to make corrugated paperboard or corugated carton box . Price is good . We can also do fully automatically design , speed is fast but price is higher , suitable for the factory who has output quantitiy requirements

3.How to operate the corrugated single facer machine ?
1.Tension the base paper and adjust the tension at any time according to the change of the diameter of the base paper.
2.After the production is completed, first reset the rubber roller, turn off the induced draft fan, turn off the heat source, and open the air valve to adjust the main motor to low speed.
3.Clean the rubberized roller and the rubber disc to remove the paper dust and carbonized glue on each roller and the sludge on the preheater. Clean the site and fill in the equipment operation record. After the corrugating roller temperature is lowered, stop it and cut off the power.
