Product Description

Stainless Steel Purifying Reverse Osmosis Machine Ro Water Purifier For Industry

Effective membrane area:

Pure water and ultrapure water industry use reverse osmosis membranes almost all of which are roll-type membranes. The membrane is spirally

wound on the central tube, and the influent water enters from the end face of the rolled membrane (the direction of water flow is parallel to the

membrane surface). The pure water that has passed through the membrane is collected and discharged from the central tube, and the trapped

impurities are discharged with the concentrated water (the influent water is gradually concentrated to become concentrated water through the

surface of the membrane). The amount of water produced by the reverse osmosis membrane is proportional to the membrane area. The larger

the membrane area, the larger the water production. When the reverse osmosis membrane is rolled, it is formed into a film bag, and the edge of

the film bag is not provided with water-making ability, and the effective film area must be removed from the bonding area.

Desalination rate:

The percentage of the concentration of soluble impurities removed from the influent water by the reverse osmosis membrane is an important

technical indicator for measuring the quality of the reverse osmosis membrane. The higher the desalination rate, the better. Desalination rate

calculation formula: Desalination rate = (1 - salt content of water production / salt content of influent water) × 100%. The salt rejection of the

membrane element has been determined at the time of its production and formation. The degree of salt rejection depends on the density of the

ultra-thin desalination layer on the surface of the membrane element. The denser the desalination layer, the higher the salt rejection rate, but

the lower the water production. The removal rate of different substances by reverse osmosis is mainly determined by the structure and

molecular weight of the substance. The removal rate of high-valent ions and complex monovalent ions can exceed 99%, and the removal of

monovalent ions such as sodium ion, potassium ion and chloride ion The rate is slightly lower, but it is also over 98%; the removal rate of

organic matter with molecular weight greater than 100 can also reach 98%, but the removal rate of organic matter with molecular weight less

than 100 is lower. The salt rejection rate shown in the figure below = (1-2.4/200) × 100% = 98.8%
