High carbon stainless chromium with molybdenum, vanadium steel W.-nr. 1.4116 ( DIN X50CrMoV15 ),
it's particularly applied in the manufacturing of prime quality kitchen knives, scissors, medical instruments.
Similar to EN 1.4110 DIN X55CrMo14 stainless but with elevated wear resistance.
