Martensitic grade W.-nr. 1.4034 ( DIN X46Cr13 ), is characterised by its high hardenability in conjunction
with good corrosion resistance in moderately corrosive environments.
Due to its higher carbon content, it is more hardenable than stainless 1.4031 / 1.4028 / 1.4021.
It is ideally suited for the production of cutting tools e.g. knives, scissors, food blades, surgical instruments..
