1. Main Application

This equipment is specially used for making the aluminum pipes for parallel flow condenser by

punching holes in the aluminum pipes. It is a necessary equipment for the parallel flow condenser

production line. It is used for producing round header pipes or D-shape header pipes of the parallel

flow condensers.

2. Working Process

 Insert the cut-to-length aluminum pipe into the core shaft and push the start-up button. The

equipment automatically positions itself, and punches holes in the aluminum pipe.

   The driving force of the equipment is provided by a hydraulic system plus a lubrication system.

The equipment is of a 4-column structure, and has a mold assembling and disassembling slideway

for easy replacement of different molds. It has the characteristics of stable working perfomance,

fast production speed, and convenient control. The electrical control system relies on a PLC controller.
