The effect of blast freezer is fast, cryogenic quick-freezing. Generally from about 25℃ to -25℃ in about 20 minutes. The temperature of food can be reduced to -6℃ to -10℃ in 20 minutes.
Fast food, especially fresh fish and meat, can be refrigerated below -25℃ for about 60 minutes.It is mainly used for fast and cold freezing of food, mousse, cake and frozen dumplings, glutinous rice balls, steamed buns, etc. Ensure that the not losing nutrition, keep the fresh taste and good quick plastic effect.
