The main raw material of frozen sand is polycarbonate (PC),it is produced by one special formula

PC monofilament through one high-speed precision pelletizer.

It is one blasting media, with the features of strong wear resistance and permanent antistatic as well

as low embrittlement temperature,it can be used under -120 °C.

Due to its moderate hardness and machinability, the frozen sand can be efficiently polished without

damaging the surface of the workpiece.

4. How Frozen Sand can remove the deburrs under low temperature?

Frozen sand has superior toughness, low embrittlement temperature. When rapid cooling by liquid nitrogen,

the low temperature resistant frozen sand can easily remove the embrittlement, burrs and overflow glue

that have been brittle earlier.

It is one ideal low-temperature and normal-temperature blasting media.
