Warranty
• We offer 3 years warranty for battery packs in low discharge rate (below 1C) applications,
• We offer 2 years warranty for battery packs in high discharge rate (1~3C) applications.
• For charger / BMS, here are one year warranty.
In the period of warranty, there is any problem as the following description, Vict will take responsible for the replacement and repair.
• They can not be charged or discharged for the whole battery pack.
• Under the standard condition for testing, capacity is not same as nominal Capacity.
• For the low discharge application (discharged as 1C or below), the capacity is less than 80% in the first year, or less than 70% in the 2nd or 3rd year.
• For the nominal discharge application (Between 1C and 3C), the capacity is less than 80% in the first year, or less than 70% in the 2nd year.
• There is liquid leakage.
• There is some damage on battery pack’s case and accessory because it is caused by the battery .
• The charger or BMS is not working properly .
