Our LiFePO4 battery Warranty Statement
For the warranty and after-service for Vict Power LiFePO4 battery pack, we will follow the following principle.
• We offer 3 years warranty for battery packs in low discharge rate (below 1C) applications,
• We offer 2 years warranty for battery packs in high discharge rate (1~3C) applications.
• For charger / BMS, here are one year warranty.
In the period of warranty, there is any problem as the following description, Bestgo Power will take
responsible for the replacement and repair.
1. They can not be charged or discharged for the whole battery pack.
2. Under the standard condition for testing, capacity is not same as nominal Capacity.
3. For the low discharge application (discharged as 1C or below), the capacity is less than 80% in the first year, or less than 70% in the 2nd or 3rd year.
4. For the nominal discharge application (Between 1C and 3C), the capacity is less than 80% in the first year, or less than 70% in the 2nd year.
5. There is liquid leakage.
6. There is some damage on battery pack’s case and accessory because it is caused by the battery .
7. The charger or BMS is not working properly .
There is any situation like the following description, Bestgo Power will not take responsible for the warranty and after-sale service.
1. Expired warranty period.
2. Customer didn’t follow the manual instruction, which is resulted in battery damage.
3. Customer dismantles and convert the battery pack , which is not guided by the professional people.
4. There is some apparent scratches and trace on the case of BMS and charger.
5. Customer has right to choose BMS and charger, but if customer do not buy them from Bestgo Power,
they should get confirmation from Bestgo Power technical person who will check the BMS and Charger
are compatible with Bestgo Power battery pack or not.
