Spezilla produces welded titanium tubing in accordance with ASTM/ASME standards in Grades 1, 2, 4, 7, 12 & 16 for construction of titanium process equipment. Material is produced to customer order requirements in a diameter range of .118” (3.0mm) to 4.50” (114.3mm) OD and wall thickness between .020” (0.5mm) and .433” (11mm). Additional specifications such as Norsok, DIN, PED and other customer specific specifications can be quoted following a review by the quality assurance and process engineering departments. 1. Chemical Composition Analysis Test With 100% PMI.
2. Solution Annealing / Bright Annealed.
3. 100% Hydrostatic Test and 100% Eddy Current Test
4. Mechanical Tests includes Tension Test, Flattening Test, Flaring Test, Hardness Test.
5. Impact Test subject to Standard request.
6. Grain Size Test and Intergranular Corrosion Test.
7. Visual Test and Endoscope Test for Surface Quality Test
