Description:
Spezilla's ASTM A270 stainless steel sanitary pipe as well sanitary stainless steel tube, meets A270 standards available in sanitary stainless steel AISI 316L, 304L or 304 from 1” to 4” sizes, surface finishing acording ASME BPE standards(Upon Request). To maintain clean standards tubes are packed individually in plastic sleeves and covered with plastic caps in both ends.
Stock of Stainless Steel Sanitary Pipe:
1. 1/2" through 4" (larger sizes available upon request)
2. 16 gauge (.065” wall),14 gauge (.083” wall), and additional gauges available upon request.
3. ASME BPE and ASTM A270
4. Straight grade 304 or 304L and 316 or 316L and dual grade 304/304L and 316/316L available.
5. 20 foot lengths. Inside diameter and outside diameter to be polished to customer’s specifications. Industrial mill finish, 180 grit ID and 150 grit OD polish, polish, and other finishes available.
6. Material will meet the relevant specifications.
Materials:
Stainless steel sanitary pipe is available in alloys 304/304L and 316/316L. All 316/316L seamless tubing is supplied with a sulfur content of .005-.012% and welded tubing is supplied with a sulfur content of .005-.017% as specified in ASTM A270, Supp. S2 ASME-BPE. Available in A249, A269 and A270
Marking:
Bright annealed tubing is line-stenciled with OD, wall, ASTM specification, manufacturer, grade, heat number, or per ASME-BPE.
Mechanical Tests:
To ensure the highest quality in all of our sanitary products, Spezilla meets or exceeds the requirements of ASTM and/or ASME A213 EAW, A269 and/or A270 S2, per order.
Surface Finish:
All ID surface finishes are u-in Ra maximum, with an optional 32 u-in OD maximum measured per ASME/ANSI B46.1.
Inspection:
100% of all stainless steel sanitary pipe shall be inspected for conformance to most recent ASME BPE or SEMI acceptance criteria for interior surface finishes of tubing.
Mill Test Certificate:
Spezilla will provide EN10204 3.1 for each order of stainless steel sanitary pipe
Protective Packaging:
Packaging is provided to protect the OD, for polished material, as well as the ID of the products. Protective caps and bagging is available to ensure the stainless steel sanitary pipe arrive at your site in the same excellent condition they left our facility.
